Training is targeted at students who are committed to badminton and want to make this their sport. Training helps prepare students for competition (locally and nationally) and the high school badminton team. Students are required to attend a certain number of practices a week to qualify for the team.

Foundation / Beginner

Introduction to Badminton
This program teaches the basic rules, grip, footwork, and strokes (forehand, backhand, serve, clear, drop) to complete beginners.
Badminton Fundamentals
This program builds on the intro course, with a focus on refining strokes, developing footwork patterns, and introducing basic game strategy.

Duration: 60 min./session
