MEMBERSHIP TERMS
- To join the fun, there's a non-refundable initiation fee of $60 for adults (18+) and $30 for minors.
- For automatic monthly payments, a credit card or ACH (bank draft) is required on file.
- Early access to the courts is available for an additional fee of $15/month per person. We open at 9 AM, but with this option, you can hit the courts as early as 5 AM.
- Prices listed are exclusive of sales and local taxes.

Do I need to reserve a court in advance to play at TopShot?
Yes. To ensure a seamless experience for all members, we require court reservations for badminton and pickleball play. Our online reservation system lets you choose your preferred time and court and provides details on pricing and availability. For non-members with a guest pass, please contact our front desk for court reservations. Reserve your court today and get ready to enjoy your game!
WHAT ARE THE CANCELLATION POLICIES?
To cancel a membership, written notice must be provided, either in written form or via email. Cancellation requests must be submitted at least thirty (30) days before the next automatic renewal date. Refunds will not be issued for late cancellation notices.
Is it possible for me to put my membership on hold or pause it?
What general policies and procedures do you have regarding memberships?
- Memberships will renew automatically upon each term’s expiration (monthly or every 12 months). An automated email reminder will be sent before the membership renewal date.
Your payment method on file will be automatically charged based on your selected membership plan.
- Guest accounts are not considered active members of our facilities and are unable to reserve courts or participate in members-only events.
- If dues remain unpaid within 7 days of the renewal date, your membership will be automatically canceled. To reactivate your membership, simply sign up again. Prices are subject to change and additional registration fees may apply.
- For memberships commencing mid-month, prorated fees apply for the initial month, followed by continuous monthly billing thereafter.
Why am I redirected to Court Reserve for membership registration, payment, mobile app, and court scheduling?
We leverage Court Reserve, a reliable third-party software, for various functionalities including membership registration, secure payment processing, convenient mobile app access, and efficient court scheduling. This collaboration enables us to offer you a seamless experience while ensuring the security and efficiency of our services.
Is Early Access available outside of regular hours, and is there an additional fee for this service?
Yes, we provide Early Access outside of regular hours before our office opens. To access the facility during these times, an additional fee applies. Members interested in utilizing this service should check with the front desk for more information and assistance. This service ensures flexibility for our members to enjoy our facilities at their convenience.
